Police Report Details Suspect's Suicide In Baltimore Station

BALTIMORE (AP) -- A police report on a man who killed himself in a Baltimore police station last year found the man not only had a gun but also a lighter, knife and cash.

Our media partner The Baltimore Sun reports the newly released documents detail police findings on the death of 38-year-old Tyree Woodson in August 2014. Woodson was taken into custody for attempted murder. Police believe he may have concealed a gun inside a medical boot.

According to the report released Friday under a public records request, Woodson was found on a toilet with his pants down, dead from a gunshot wound in a police station bathroom.
