Police Release Video Of Suspect With Child On Front Of Dirt Bike

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Baltimore Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify a person seen on surveillance video riding with a small child on the front of a dirt bike.

Baltimore PD's Dirt Bike Task Force is investigating, and video has been released of the suspect police say broke multiple traffic violations.
