Police Recover Body Of Missing Pennsylvania Boater In River

LUSBY, Md. (AP) -- Authorities say the body of a boater who went missing in the North East River has been found.

Maryland Natural Resources police spokeswoman Candy Thomson says the body of 53-year-old Earl Graham of Narvon, Pennsylvania, was located at the mouth of the Sassafras River on Sunday afternoon.

Thomson says Graham was initially reported missing early Saturday morning.
Authorities began the search after receiving a report about an unmanned boat doing circles offshore. Police say the boat had been unmanned for several hours by the time it was reported.

Natural Resources police worked with the Coast Guard and authorities from local counties to locate Graham.
