Police Name Suspect In Death Of Fells Point Woman

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore police have identified the suspect in the murder of a Fells Point woman.

According to our media partner, the Baltimore Sun, police believe Juan Morales stabbed Claudia Parodi to death in her Fells Point apartment.

Her body was found October 6 but police believe she was murdered on the fourth.

Parodi was a waitress at Pazo; a coworker called police after she hadn't been heard from in days.

Police have not explained why they believe Morales murdered Parodi. They say he may have fled to San Antonio.

Morales also goes by Jose Lopez.
