Police Find Missing 80-Year-Old Man In Frederick County

FREDERICK, Md. (WJZ) -- Police have found a formerly critically missing 80-year-old man in Frederick County Monday night.
The man, Louis Paul Scott, had last been seen near Route 26 and Dearbought. He was wearing khaki pants, a leather jacket and white tennis shoes.
