Police: Man Found Standing in the Rain

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ)-- Baltimore County Police were able to identify the man found on Belair Road Thursday.

Officers believed his name might be Yasien Mohammed, 25, possibly from Ethiopia. Police responded to the 11500 block of Belair Road,  where the discovered the man standing in the rain.

He was driven to Franklin Square Hospital where he was given clean clothes. The man is 5'5" tall and 160 pounds. He was wearing a red and tan plaid shirt with a tan shirt underneath, jeans and silver shoes.

People were contacted to come pick him up.
