Police Return Woman Found Wandering Safely Home

TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore County Police have return a non-communicative woman safely home after she was found wandering in Towson.

An officer on routine patrol found the woman wandering in the middle of the street at Bellona Avenue and Old Orchard Lane.
