Motorcyclist Killed in I-695 Crash

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md (WJZ)--A motorcyclist is killed following a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Baltimore County.

It happened around 1:00 p.m. on the inner loop of I-695 between Harford Road and Belair Road.

According to Maryland State Police, a motorcyclist was traveling at a high rate of speed, seen passing  other vehicles.

As the motorcyclist, identified as Kendall Redhead, 32, attempted to pass one of the vehicles, he collided with a Nissan and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two of the three inner loop lanes remain closed as police conduct their investigation.
