Police Investigating Double Shooting In West Baltimore

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- An argument led to a shooting in West Baltimore that sent a man and woman to the hospital early Friday morning, according to police.

Patrol officers were called to an area hospital about 5:30 a.m. after the victims, ages 22 and 23, walked in with gunshot wounds to the legs, according to police. The victims told police they drove themselves to the hospital after someone shot them following some kind of dispute.

The victims were in the 1600 block of Moreland Avenue when authorities say an argument broke out with an unidentified suspect. Things turned violent when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot both victims in the legs before running off, according to police.
