Baltimore Barricade Situation Ends Peacefully, Suspect Surrenders

BALTIMORE (WJZ)--A barricade situation in NW Baltimore has ended peacefully, police say.

It happened around 4:00 p.m. in the 3900 block of Fernhill Road.

A Baltimore Police spokesperson says officers responded when a armed 47-year-old man refused to come out of a residence on Fernhill Road.

Just before 5:00 p.m. police announced that the suspect surrendered.

No injuries have been reported.
