Police Investigate Sexual Offenses At Maryland Day Care

SILVER SPRING, Md. (WJZ) -- Police in Montgomery County are investigating a reports of sexual offenses at a Silver Spring day care.

According to police, detectives interviewed a 5-year-old victim on Monday at Ariana's Learning and Play Family Child Care. The victim told their parents about someone named "Meme" who inappropriately touched the victims on several occasions at day care.

Police identified "Meme" as Manuel A. Aguilar-Morales, the father of the daycare provider, who helps with daycare functions.

Aguilar-Morales was arrested on May 12 and charged with two counts of second degree sexual offense, two counts of third degree sexual offense, and one count of sexual abuse.

He's currently out on bond.
