Police In Maryland Dismantle Drug Operation, Arrest 24

CAROLINE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)--Maryland State Police say 24 people were arrested and $13 million in illegal drugs seized as law enforcers broke up a drug dealing organization on the Eastern Shore.

Troopers said Friday that the month-long Operation Look Out involved police agencies in Caroline, Queen Anne's, Talbot and Kent counties.

Authorities say 926 marijuana plants, 919 grams of marijuana, more than 20 grams of heroin, 185 grams of cocaine, and more than 500 MDMA pills.

Five vehicles and 50 guns were also seized.
