Police Identify Person Who Urinated On Art Modell's Grave
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police have identified the person who they say urinated on Art Modell's grave.
Paul S. Serbu, 61, has been charged with one county of disorderly conduct in a cemetery. He was also given a criminal summons to appear in court.
In an online video, he was seen taking off a Ravens jersey to reveal a Browns jersey before apparently using a catheter tube to urinate on Modell's grave.
This is a misdemeanor and carries a maximum sentence of two years in jail and a $500 fine.
