Police: Help Needed in Identifying Bike Thief

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- City police are asking for the public's help in identifying a thief taking a bicycle. They've posted surveillance video from West Mulberry Street, shot on September 11 around 4 p.m.

The suspect checks carefully to see if anyone is around before stealing a bicycle. He was even spotted wiping down a door knob he touched with a rag and a spray bottle.
