Police Find Md. Man Shot to Death on Apartment Floor

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Baltimore County Police found a 24-year-old man shot to death on the floor of a Windsor Mill apartment Friday night.

Shortly after 9 p.m., officers responded to the 7100 block of Rudisill Court, where they found Muhamad Birkdar dead from multiple gunshot wounds.
