Police: Body Found At Incinerator, Death Ruled Homicide

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Authorities say the death of missing Dundalk woman whose body was found at a Baltimore trash incineration facility has been ruled a homicide.

Baltimore police announced Wednesday that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has ruled 34-year-old Nicole Torain's death a homicide.

After Torain went missing, Baltimore County police said she had been last seen in the 3500 block of Elmley Avenue in Baltimore on Saturday afternoon.

Police say Torain's body was found Monday at the Wheelabrator incineration facility in Baltimore and her body was identified Tuesday morning. Police said at the time that there were no obvious signs of trauma.

City and county detectives are working together on the case.
