Police Asking For Public's Help To Find Serial Bank Robbery Suspect

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJZ) -- The FBI is asking for the public's help to find a serial bank robbery suspect in Anne Arundel County.

Detectives are offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to the arrest of the unknown man.

Investigators believe the same man robbed the 1st Mariner Bank at 305 Crain Highway in Glen Burnie on Mar. 2 and again on Mar. 14. He also may be responsible for the robbery at the Bank of America in Pasadena on Mar. 21.

In each instance, detectives say the suspect approached the counter, handed the bank employee a note and demanded money. No one has been hurt in the robberies.

Police say the suspect wears a hooded sweatshirt in each of the robberies, with dark sunglasses as an attempt to hide his face.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Baltimore FBI at 410-265-8080.
