Police Arrested 4 Men After Officer Shooting, Used Taser

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore police arrested four men after an officer shot a driver in the face, using a Taser on one man.

Police initially said two men were arrested Monday. But The Baltimore Sun (http://bsun.md/1Iuqwc6 ) reports officers' statements of probable cause show four arrests.

An officer wrote that a gathering of about 30 people began to grow as some people yelled and became aggressive. The officers said police ordered people to leave or face arrest.

Officer Steven Reed wrote he warned 21-year-old Michael Jobes again, but Jobes "continued to be irate" and he Tased him. Reed wrote that Jobes refused medical treatment.

Police said Officer Abdoul Yaguibou, who shot the driver, fired after the driver reversed his vehicle and pinned Yaguibou in a car door. Police said the driver's injuries weren't life-threatening.
