Police Arrest Woman In Possession Of Gun, Suspected Narcotics

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A Baltimore Police investigation has resulted in the arrest of one woman in possession of a loaded weapon, suspected cocaine and heroin.

Police say they searched a home in the 2800 block of Eastshire Drive.

Officer seized the following:

-One 9mm loaded with 31 rounds in an extended magazine. The firearm has an obliterated serial number.
-Narcotic packaging material (vials, bags, jugs, gel caps, etc…)
-Large amount of scales with white and brown residue (suspected cocaine and heroin)
-Approximately 75 grams of suspected cocaine
-Approximately 21 grams of suspected heroin
-39 vials of suspected cocaine
-93 gel caps of suspected heroin
-$25.00 US Currency

31-year-old Kirby Smith was arrested and charged with firearms and narcotic violations.

An arrest warrant has been issued for a second suspect, police say.
