Police Arrest Suspect In 2 Northeast Baltimore Rapes

BALTIMORE (WJZ) --  Baltimore Police arrest a man they say is responsible for raping two women in Northeast Baltimore.

They say the rapes occurred in the 3400-block of Mary Avenue.

Police say DNA linked John Thomas Leach, 45, to the second case.

Leach is charged with rape, sex offense, assault, burglary and other charges.
