Police Arrest Suspect Connected to Apartment Killing

COLUMBIA, Md. (WJZ)-- Howard County Police arrested a man connected to the murder of 62-year-old Martin Edward Mullineaux Wednesday.

Mullineaux was found dead Tuesday in his apartment in the 8700 block of Hayshed Lane, after not being seen for two days.

An acquaintance of the victim became a person of interest and was arrested around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday while walking in the 500 block of North Crain Highway in Glen Burnie.

Police will release the suspect's identity when charges are filed.
