Police Arrest Sexual Assault Suspect
ODENTON, Md. (WJZ) --- Anne Arundel County Police have arrested a person they say broke into a woman's apartment and began sexually assaulting her.
According to police, the 24-year-old woman was entering her apartment on Branch Line Road when a man later identified as Kevin Belts forced his way in after her and began groping and touching her.
The woman screamed and Belts fled.
Officers searching the area found Belts and the victim positively identified him.
Belts has been charged with first- and fourth-degree burglary, second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex offense.
