Police: Annapolis Man, 23, Found Shot In Car Dies

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- A 23-year-old man found shot inside a vehicle in Annapolis Sunday has died of his injuries, authorities said Monday.

Officers were called to a shooting in the 1400 block of Tyler Avenue at 4:13 p.m., according to the Annapolis Police Department. When they arrived at the scene, they found the victim in a car.

The victim, identified as Shawn Aris Crowdy, 23, of Annapolis, was rushed to Anne Arundel Medical Center with serious injuries. He did not survive.

Online court records show Crowdy was indicted on a list of drug offenses last August.
