Pikesville Woman Pleads Guilty to Murder In Parking Lot Shooting

BALTIMORE (WJZ)— A Pikesville woman has pleaded guilty to second degree murder following a parking lot shooting earlier this year.

Police say on Jan. 8 around 11:30 p.m. Tatiana Bowie, 22, was involved in an altercation with Brandon Wardell Ward in a parking lot in the 6500 block of Baltimore National Pike. During the dispute Bowie produced a gun and fired several shots in the air.

Authorities say she then directed shots toward a group of people. Ward was shot and later died.

Bowie is scheduled to be sentenced on November 21, 2016.
