'Person of Interest' Sought in Cecil Co. Royal Farms Theft
BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- The Cecil County Sheriff's Office is asking for help to identify a person of interest in a recent theft case.
Deputies say the man is a person of interest in a theft from a Royal Farms store in North East.
