Person killed after being struck on Liberty Road

A person is dead after being hit by a vehicle in Baltimore County Saturday evening.

Police say the incident occurred at 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of Liberty Road and Forest Hill Road. 

Following the accident, the pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition. 

They were later pronounced deceased. 

Police did not provide any additional information about the driver of the vehicle or whether it was a hit-and-run.
