Person dies in crash in Harford County

Your Tuesday afternoon news update (10/23/2023)

BALTIMORE - A person was killed in a crash on Tuesday in Harford County.

The crash happened on East West Highway (MD-23) in Forest Hill where the person died at the scene, according to Harford County emergency responders.

MD-23 was shut down from High Point Road to Baldwin Mill Road.
