Pentagon And State Department Officials Testify In Impeachment Probe

Laura Cooper, the deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia, and David Hale, the undersecretary of state for political affairs, appeared before lawmakers Wednesday to discuss their knowledge of events at the center of the impeachment inquiry.
