WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) — A pedestrian was struck and killed while attempting to cross the street in Westminster.

The Baltimore Sun reports the pedestrian was trying to cross Baltimore Boulevard near Cranberry Road at about 9 p.m. on Friday when he was struck by an SUV.
