Panera Bread Restaurant Robbed In Eldersburg

ELDERSBURG, Md. (AP) -- Police say two men robbed the manager of a Panera Bread restaurant in Eldersburg.

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office says the robbery occurred around 11 p.m. Friday night. The office says the two men approached the manager outside the business. They were wearing ski masks and all-black clothing, and one of them was armed with a handgun.

The sheriff's office says the two men forced the manager to re-enter the restaurant and open the safe. The robbers took some cash and fled on foot.

Police searched the area but weren't able to find any suspects.
