Overturned Tractor Trailer On Southbound I-95 Affects Rush Hour Traffic

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- An overturned tractor trailer blocked traffic getting onto southbound I-95 at the inner loop of 695 this evening.

The tractor trailer was traveling on the inner loop of the beltway through Halethorpe taking the exit to get onto 95 southbound. At three-quarters of the way on the ramp, the tractor trailer rolled over on its side blocking traffic. Sky Eye Chopper 13 Captain Jeff Long reported from over the scene.

State Highway Officials closed the ramp for some time to get the tractor trailer out of the way. The ramp is now open once again.
