Orioles Show Impressive Skill During Homestand

Norris and Davis were joined by Brittany Ghiroli to review the Orioles past few games against the Yankees and the Red Sox.

After taking 2 of 3 from the Yankees this weekend the Orioles are back in first place in the A.L. East. The Orioles showed some serious skill with their huge comebacks, thirteen home runs, and semi-solid starting pitching.

Kevin Gausman had a pretty good game against the Yankees. It was his first start in three games that Gausman didn't deal with a homerun ball as he contained the lineup. Before Gausman, they had allowed five runs or more from each starter during their first five starts. So, the Orioles bullpen is still a work in progress.

Ghiroli said, "I think they're going to have to make a move when they get closer to the trade deadline. They're going to have to have a starter, at least one starter, not a Scott Feldman, like a high caliber starter and they're going to have to give something up. Because the way this is going, this lineup is too good to have it go to waste, to have the team maybe get to the playoffs, only to be swept out because they can't pitch."
