Orioles GM Dan Duquette On The Recent Orioles Acquisitions
Dan Duquette is the current GM of the first place Baltimore Orioles.
Dan joined Ed and Steve to talk about the new acquisitions for the Orioles.
Dan started by talking about why they made their recent moves saying "we're really trying to balance our lineup with some left handed hitting and some left handed pitching." Dan went on to talk about the moves of acquiring Andrew Miller and how important he feels Kelly Johnson will be down the stretch of the regular season and into the playoffs. As for expanded rosters Dan said "the rules are in place for everybody and they're fair for everybody." Dan also went on to talk about players who have been pleasant surprises for him this season and Dan pointed to the catchers and then job they've done replacing Matt Wieters.
