O'Malley To Speak In New Hampshire, South Carolina

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley will be making trips to New Hampshire and South Carolina in coming months as he continues to weigh a potential presidential run.

The South Carolina Democratic Party said Thursday that O'Malley will be speaking at the 2015 John Spratt Issues Conference in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on Feb. 27 and 28.

O'Malley, a Democrat, is scheduled to visit Concord and Nashua in New Hampshire for two days in mid-March. Lis Smith, a spokeswoman for his political action committee, said Thursday O'Malley is scheduled to appear at the Wild Irish Breakfast in Nashua on St. Patrick's Day. He also is scheduled to speak at a Democratic fundraiser in Concord the night before.

O'Malley, who was term limited, completed his second term as Maryland governor last week.
