Officers Recover Gun & Drugs After Chasing Suspect

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore police recovered a loaded handgun and cocaine after chasing a suspect early Saturday morning.

According to police, Sergeant Leitch and Officer Hayes were patrolling in Cherry Hill when they attempted to arrest 30-year-old Philip Smith.

Smith ran but was arrested shortly after.
