Ocean City Names New City Manager
OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) -- Ocean City has named the city manager of Aberdeen as the resort's new city manager.
The City Council unanimously approved Douglas Miller's appointment on Wednesday, according to a news release. He will start on Feb. 8.
Miller has been city manager of Aberdeen since 2006. Earlier, he had been town manager in La Plata and Snow Hill.
Miller will succeed David Recor, who resigned in July.
