NFL Develops New Conduct Plan After Rice's Suspension
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Fixing the NFL's domestic violence problem. Team owners are in New York to meet with Commissioner Roger Goodell about the league's new conduct plan.

Graphic pictures cost former Raven Ray Rice his job and kept Roger Goodell in the hot seat.
"I've been very open publicly where we've made mistakes and what we've done to correct them to make sure they don't happen again," Goodell said.
In his first meeting with all 32 owners, the embattled NFL commissioner outlines a preview of changes to their conduct policy with a focus on domestic violence and support services for the victim and the family.
"Our hope at the House of Ruth is that it's just the beginning," said House of Ruth Executive Director Sandi Timmins.
House of Ruth in Baltimore has teamed up with the Ravens in the wake of the fallout.
"It's not only a sports situation; it's everywhere in our community," said Timmins.
While this new program is now rolling out, the scandal itself has left a bad taste for many fans.
"He handled it all wrong. He made mistakes. Bye bye," said fan Sid Lessy.
The newest AP poll shows only 32% of those surveyed think Goodell should step down while more than half feel Ray Rice should be allowed to return to the game.
"I think it's over with; he should just be suspended," said Taylor Dorsey.
"Yes, in due time. Not right now. We need to get over what's going on in this environment," said John Serrell.
The images are still giving a fresh face to domestic violence and the scandal that's rocked the league.
