New Restaurants Announced At Columbia's Merriweather District

COLUMBIA, Md. (WJZ) -- There will soon be more food options in Columbia.

DC Pizza Restaurant, Match Box along with a global fusion restaurant and a new Thai spot will be part of the new Merriweather District.

The development isn't far from Merriweather Post Pavillion.

This announcement comes just weeks after Busboys and Poets broke ground on its new location in Columbia.
