New Chocolate Factory To Break Ground In Baltimore County

WHITE MARSH, Md. (AP) — A new chocolate factory is coming to Baltimore County.

Ruxton Chocolates is building an $8 million headquarters and factory in White Marsh. Democratic County Executive Kevin Kamenetz will be on hand for Thursday's groundbreaking.

The company is known for its Mary Sue brand. Also on hand will be the company's mascot, a 32-foot-tall pink Easter bunny.

The factory is expected to employ more than 60 people. Ruxton Chocolates will be closing facilities in Baltimore city and in Pennsylvania.
