National Aquarium In Baltimore Celebrating Shark Week
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Shark Week is beginning at the National Aquarium in Baltimore.
The aquarium says in a statement that it will have shark-themed events and activities throughout the week as a result of a partnership with the Discovery Channel, which begins its Shark Week programming Sunday.
The aquarium says it will host behind-the-scenes chats using Facebook.
The aquarium says that this is the third year it has partnered with the Discovery Channel to raise awareness about sharks.
