Motorcyclist Sought in Buckeystown Hit-and-Run Crash

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- The Frederick County Sheriff's Office is asking for help to identify a motorcyclist accused of a hit-and-run in Buckeystown over the weekend.

The suspect had just left the Buckeystown Pub, located in the 6800 block of Michaels Mill Road, at some point Sunday evening when it happened, deputies said.

He was heading north on Route 85 near where it meets Keller Lime Plant Road when he rear-ended another motorcycle, injuring the other rider, according to the Sheriff's Office.

The suspect didn't bother checking on the other rider. Instead, deputies said, he left the scene and continued north on Route 85.

Anyone with information on the suspect's identity or whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 301-600-1046.
