Motorcyclist James Morrison Killed In Frederick County Crash

FREDERICK, Md. (WJZ) -- A Frederick man died in a motorcycle crash in Frederick County Tuesday night, the county's sheriff's office said.

The crash happened just before 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Opossumtown Pike and Hayward Road. The sheriff's office said 34-year-old James Morrison was heading north on Opossumtown Pike when his motorcycle hit the curb and overturned, ejecting him.

Morrison died at the scene, officials said.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
