Morgan State University Creates Pilot Program In Ghana

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Morgan State University is expanding overseas by creating a new pilot program in Africa.
The Board of Regents approved the university's plan to begin offering three degree programs in Ghana.
It's part of a program with the African University College of Communications.
The program is scheduled to begin in the fall.
