More Than 11.4K Unemployment Claims Were Filed Last Week In Maryland

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- More than 11,400 people filed for unemployment last week in Maryland.

According to the state's Department of Labor, 11,491 unemployment insurance claims were filed during the week ending April 24.

It's up from last week when 9,514 unemployment claims were filed.
