More Evaluation Needed For Workplace Shooting Suspect Radee Prince, Judge Says
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Radee Prince will need to undergo more mental health evaluations, according to a judge.
The judge in the case said Tuesday that she could not rule that Prince was competent to stand trial beyond a reasonable doubt.
She ordered that Prince undergo new mental health evaluations, placing his trial on hold.
Prince was set to go on trial in Harford County next month on murder charges. It will now be determined at a later date when his trial will begin.
Authorities said Prince walked into Advanced Granite Solutions in the Emmorton Business Park in Edgewood and shot five people, killing three of them, back on Oct. 18, 2017.
Prince then drove to Delaware where he was seen on video surveillance wounding another man he had worked with. A Delaware jury convicted prince of manslaughter for that incident.
Prince's sister told WJZ that he was, "a ticking time bomb," and that, "anything he doesn't like, he was going to get revenge."
