Wings of Love has matched more than 40 dogs with families.
A Baltimore City flight attendant flies to Kuwait in her free time to pick up dogs for adoption to save them.
Today, the volunteer organization held another event in Federal Hill to help even more dogs find their forever homes.
Each dog is fixed, vaccinated, chipped and cleared for adoption based on behavior.
