Montgomery County Home Vandalized with Derogatory Word

WHEATON, Md. (AP) — A woman's home in Montgomery County has been vandalized with a racist word.

WJLA-TV reports that the woman came home to her house on the 2300 block of McMahon Road in Wheaton on Thursday and found a "derogatory word" scrawled in black marker across her door. The woman believes her race may be the cause of the vandalism.

Crime Solvers of Montgomery County are offering up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest of the person or people responsible for the vandalism.
