Missing Person: 59-Year-Old Vanessa Lipsey

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- The Aberdeen Police Department need help finding 59-year-old Vanessa Lipsey.

Lipsey is a resident of Aberdeen and was last seen around November 16.

She is an African American female who is 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs 190 pounds.
