Missing 43-Year-Old Essex Man Last Seen Tuesday Morning

ESSEX, MD. (WJZ) — Baltimore County Police are searching for a missing 45-year-old man who was last seen earlier Tuesday morning.
Shawn Phillips was last seen at home in the 900 block of Punjab Circle in Essex.
He is 5'7", 140 lbs, with a New York Yankees tattoo on his neck.
Police said he was last seen wearing brown pajama pants and blue shoes. They said he has a cognitive impairment and is non-verbal.
