Midshipman Dies During Physical Readiness Test At Naval Academy

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- A midshipman died at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis Saturday morning during a "semi-annual physical readiness test," the academy said.

The midshipman's name wasn't released until the midshipman's family was notified. He was identified Sunday afternoon as 21-year-old Midshipman 3rd Class Duke Carrillo of Flower Mound, Texas.
